We've hosted lovely folks from all over the world since 2017 in our family home--and now, we embark on a renovation journey. Changes for 2/1/26 + New sleeping arrangement; double-bunk bed replaced with 1 King bed + House capacity changes from 10 to 8 + Upgrading living room sofas and chairs + Repainting 3 rooms This is just the start of a broader vision we expect to complete by 2028. Reato House--Cozy comfort away from home, HOT TUB!

This house is a comfy, cozy, 2 bedroom, 1 bath house built in the early 1900's and recently updated. It is in the heart of the Black Hills, minutes from Deadwood. It is close to skiing and snowmobiling in the winter; hiking, sightseeing and fishing in the summer. The deck overlooking Lead offers a space in the sun or a covered portion for shade. Four person hot tub and fireplace makes the end of day so relaxing! Be aware, there are 32 stairs from street to house. Trailer parking available.

Creekside Sanctuary is a 6+ acre paradise for families, friends, celebrations or retreats. Naming this property was not easy, not only is this a Sanctuary for relaxation and rejuvenation, guests can also enjoy the popular site seeing and abundant wildlife native to our beautiful Black Hills. Whether winter or summer, there are activates nearby - fishing, hiking, skiing, snowmobiling, ice skating. The large yard is host to deer and turkey, an ideal gathering spot for celebration, fun and games.

The Charming White Cottage

Enjoy your stay in Spearfish at our cozy, 1 bedroom cottage. It is perfect for a couples get away or for someone looking to explore the beautiful Black Hills. Downtown Spearfish and Spearfish Creek are within walking distance to enjoy the bike path and great eateries. The bedroom features a comfortable king size bed, complete with a memory foam mattress, and walks out to the front porch. Our favorite thing about our cottage is relaxing on the porch swing with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.

Cabin on 20 acres w/ horses, goats, & mini donkey

Enjoy country living close to town! Two bedrooms w/ queen size beds and loft w/ queen size pullout sofa allow you to comfortably sleep 6! Just 4 miles from downtown Hill City. Sits on 20 beautiful acres surrounded on 3 sides by Forest Service! Enjoy beautiful surroundings - a seasonal pond outside your cabin (water level varies), horses, mini donkey, mini goats and chickens. Enjoy private setting with the convenience of the owners just 1/4 mile up the driveway to take care of your needs!

Falsebottom Hide-away

This is a great place to relax and enjoy the sounds of nature after a long day vacationing. Sleeps six with a secure fenced yard for the safety of your pets. Located in beautiful Maitland Canyon with seasonal Falsebottom Creek right off the private back deck featuring a BBQ and outdoor table. We have lived here for 40 years and are still amazed with the beauty of the Northern Black Hills. Close to so much, but with a real connection to the pristine nature that the Black Hills are famous for.

Historic 3-bedroom home, in a great location!

Spring is a beautiful time of the year to visit the Black Hills! Our 120 year-old home is located within walking distance of Lynn's DakotaMart grocery store, The Hearst Library, Roundhouse Liquors, Shiver's Brewery, and a great breakfast venue, That Place. Lewie's Burgers and The Stampmill are a very short drive. It's a quick drive to Deadwood. You can be on the ski/hike/bike/snowmobile trails in 1-4 minutes. The Mining Museum and Sanford Lab are close by. Note: The house does NOT have Wifi.

The newly built Little House in the Hills is located on 5 acres and only 1 mile outside of Deadwood, SD. This is the perfect location to access hiking, biking, scenic drives, and tourist attractions. **As we head into the winter months we want you to know that the Black Hills can receive significant snowfall.
