The Bothy

The Bothy is a semi-detached cottage which offers open plan accommodation for couples in Norfolk who want to have a hideaway for two. This unique setting is combined with attention to detail to ensure you have a wonderful stay. This period cottage is situated at the end of the owners house which is surrounded by fields and woodland. So the deer are often in the garden. There is a large car parking area in front of the cottage and the cottage has its own access. As you walk into the well equipped kitchen, you will see the dining area.

Just a twenty minute drive south west of Norwich, the Old Rectory is the perfect bolthole from which to discover Norfolk or just drop in on neighbouring Lotus Cars. From the well-appointed, private and spacious first floor annex in the West Wing of the house, guests are encouraged to explore our five-acre property comprising woodland, meadow and traditional walled garden. Whether you are single or travelling as a couple, the Old Rectory can offer you respite, privacy and comfort away from home.

Part of a picturesque barn and stable complex with bedroom/living room, en-suite, lobby, kitchenette and direct access to pretty shared courtyard garden with exotic plants and water feature. Set in the heart of the Broads National Park, two minute walk from Womack Water and river and five minutes to Ludham village pub and shop. Scenic river and marsh walks, nature trails, beaches, riverside pubs, boat hire all close by. Seal pups at Horsey a special off- season attraction December to February.

Little Dial, in the heart of rural Norfolk

Welcome to Little Dial, privately set behind a former village pub in a rural community. Little dial is a converted stable block off of the main house now offering an ideal base for exploring all that Norfolk has to offer. You will benefit from the use of a private patio from the bedroom with views of the garden. Due to the nature of the property Little Dial is not a good fit for infants or children. Please note, there are two small steps down to the bedroom and two steps down to the patio.

Greenbanks in Reedham - a Broadland village

The accommodation is attached to our house but self-contained, comprising sitting room with fold down table & chairs for dining, kitchenette, shower room & bedroom. Private entrance via french doors overlooking the garden & parking on drive. Basic essentials provided. Milk, cereal & pastries for each day & a home made treat on arrival. When you arrive the property will have been empty for 24 hours & will have been fully cleaned & disinfected following the previous guests departure,

Entire Guest House with Hot Tub in mid Suffolk

Facilities include a kitchen with lounge, TV and dining table. Access to wifi. Hypnos double bed and ensuite shower room. There is free on site parking for 1 car. The annexe is an ideal base for exploring the delights that Norfolk has to offer. A very quiet and peaceful location with the vibrant city of Norwich on the doorstep.

This large studio has its own private corridor and bathroom, accessed by its own entrance in a newly converted Grade 2 listed ex theatre. With tv area, dining area, bedroom area and kitchenette area (fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle) it makes a compact base for exploring Suffolk and the Norfolk Broads. Located in the old town centre, 5 minute walk from the high street, and 15 minutes walk from the station and beach. Sorry - not suitable for children under 8 years.

The Treehouse Game and Stay

The Treehouse Game and Stay isn't your usual self catering apartment. It has its own pool table and retro arcade machine exclusively for your use. Situated above our oak framed cartlodge in the grounds of our house on the edge of the 44 acre village green of Old Buckenham. The village has 2 pubs, shop and country walks. The Treehouse accommodates 2+2 and has a double bedroom, shower room and large open plan living area/games room with kitchenette and breakfast bar.
