Hot water via gas califont , flushing toilet , solar power , fridge , unlimited WiFi. Note : cabins location requires travelling down a farm track. If track is wet , we offer a vehicle for transportation down to the location.

Through the slider barn door to a large bedroom with plush king bed, laden with luxury linen and a walk in wardrobe leaving you ample space,+ comfortable reading chair. Walk though to the walk in tile shower, handbasin and toilet- there is also a Laundry in your room.

On a working farm, The Linhay has a 4 person spa on a comfortable private deck. Perfect to appreciate natural beauty & birdlife, great if you're biking, fishing or travelling and a great base to explore the area; 45 min to Hamilton Gardens & Zoo, and the Field Days site, 70 min to Taupo and 50 min to Rotorua & Tauranga.

We have just moved in next door ourselves, and are still finishing the landscaping around our lovely home. Come and repose!
