Nestled amongst native trees in iconic Chatsworth Road, this accommodation provides privacy in a standalone location. Located next to our home, this is a separate suite and bathroom which has TV, bar fridge, some kitchenette amenities and a heater. Great overnight location after work commitments, a family occasion or for a weekend away. This is a very quiet location with a short drive or ten-minute walk to Silverstream Village, Supermarket, Railway Station, restaurants and a local Gastro pub.

Only a two minute walk to get your daily exercise along the beautiful rail trail which will lead you to the local railway station walking along the old railway route. Very private and petit but centrally located with a 2 minute walk to the Greytown shops. Ideal for dining out or that morning brunch, with all restaurants and cafes within strolling distance. Perfect location for wedding 'bus pick ups' Although attached to the main house, you have your own separate entry to the apartment which is situated in lovely garden surrounds. There is plenty of off street parking and if you’re feeling energetic there are 2 bikes available.

Boutique Art Retreat

A modern newly furbished studio adorned with the host's original artworks. A very quiet location with great views of the NZ bush and the Valley across to the Eastern hills. Riverstone is a new suburb with easy access off SH2. A lovely king sized bed awaits and queen sized sofa bed is available. Fast Wifi and a Smart TV with Netflix etc is free for guests. A simple breakfast is supplied free of charge (small cereal packets, toast, milk and coffee/tea).

Private, quick, easy & comfortable

This space would suit anyone wanting the convenience of a Motel without paying Motel rates. The private space available is about 60 square metres with separate bedroom, lounge/dining, and bathroom. Separate entry with combination lock for easy self check-in, and separated from the rest of the house by a locked internal door. The guest area is located at the sunny end of the house with all day sun and plenty of windows.

37 Burgundy - Private Access Suite 1

37 Burgundy Home is approximately a 10 minute walk to the town centre. The room has its own private entry, an en-suite and an outdoor patio area. In the room is a queen bed, a bar fridge, bread toaster, water kettle and TV. Wifi is free. As our guests you can use the shared Pinot Grove Residents heated salt water pool (closed from April 28 and opens again on Labour weekend) and the tennis court and trampoline as well.

Placed on top of Lansdowne Hill with superb rural views, this self-contained unit is close to Masterton Golf Club, Lansdowne Trails and Mountain Bike Park, and town centre only 3K away. Bed arrangement is one Super King which can be re-configured to two Single beds on request. Complimentary tea, coffee, milk, yoghurt and cereal. There is a single induction hot-plate with fry-pan and pot with steamer available.
