Mummon mökki

Traditional Finnish cottage in idyllic surroundings next to a lake. Quirky personal decor. The cottage consists of living room, kitchen, indoor & outdoor terrace and upstairs living space that has one double bed and two single beds separated by a curtain. The wood fired sauna is partly on top of water. There is electricity and heating, but no running water. Dishes are washed in a bowl and water is carried from the lake. Outdoor WC. Firewood for sauna is included. Quiet area with one neighbor.

Log house Katajakallio, a large log house (90 sqm), is located in the middle of a big private forest. Lake Lairo is about 250m where also rowing boats.Easily accesible all year round (3 km from highway 54 in Topeno village).Katajakallio is equipped with a kitchenette (a stove, a fridge, a micro-oven, coffee maker etc.), a gas grill, a fireplace, an electric sauna, a shower, a washing machine, WC, TV etc. Downstairs, there is a living room and two bedrooms, and upstairs a master bedroom.

You may enjoy the sauna, go swimming, rowing and enjoy the sun on a spacious pier. Maybe you like to visit places nearby or just enjoy the traditional Finnish cottage atmosphere close to nature.
