You can easily walk, bike, or bus to awesome places to see, drink, eat, visit, etc. An excellent launching point for all of the Rose City, we are a short bike ride or bus to Downtown, museums, and concert venues. Enjoy all that Portland has to offer at this centrally-located neighborhood.

Modern Industrial style with many eco-friendly features such as mini-split heat/ac, tankless water heater, and all-natural fiber area rugs and linens means fewer toxins and a low carbon footprint. Situated near Laurelhurst and Mount Tabor parks with restaurants and amenities nearby. We are also pet friendly and allow well-behaved dogs on leashes for a $30 fee per dog, per visit.

We are tucked into the Westmoreland neighborhood's quiet residential area, but are only a five minute walk from more than 20 restaurants and entertainment features. Westmoreland Park, Reed College and downtown Portland are just minutes away by car.

The studio cottage is located in an east Portland neighborhood bordering the city of Gresham. It is close to public transport (near a MAX light rail station), the airport and outdoor activities (the Columbia Gorge; Mt Hood) and is a 20-30 min drive to downtown. It's cozy (eclectic vintage style), a wooded 1-acre setting within the city limits, and has secure premises (electric gate). Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Our guest house is a completely private space, accessible by an outdoor walkway, and has an outdoor patio. We designed the space to be light-filled, feel cozy yet roomy, fitting a lot into a small space. Vaulted ceilings, a ceiling fan, full kitchen, bathroom, a bed alcove with a comfy queen mattress and soft bedding and lots of extra touches. Our 335 sq ft guest house is fitted with all you'll need for your time in Portland.
