Varauksesi sisältää uima- ja porealtaan, pelikentän, kuntosalin ja rantasaunan käytön. Ruuanlaitto onnistuu hyvin varustellussa kesäkeittiössä ja grillitilassa. Terassialueet ovat käytössäsi. Porkkalanniemi is a newly built Nordic-style home completed in 2025, offering space for up to 8 guests. Inside, modern design & large windows frame the surrounding sea and sky, while three bedrooms and four bathrooms provide comfort for families or groups. Outdoors, a sauna with water views, a wide terrace with a pool, jacuzzi, & direct access to the pier connect the stay to the shoreline. Thoughtful details, from the main bedroom to the guest cabin, make the house both inviting and functional.

This extremely unique 200-year old log house offers you an outstanding holiday. The property locates only 15 minutes by car from Jyväskylä. The cottage is on the lower part of the property by a private beach. You can relax by the fireplace, go to sauna or go swimming into the lake. There is a central heating and an additional fireplace, indoor toilet, shower and sauna. Drinking water from tap. During summer you can relax on hammock or by the outdoor fireplace. Bathing/hot tub available.

Myllymäen päälle omin käsin rakennetussa villa Myllymäessä on helppoa rentoutua ja päästä lähelle luontoa nauttien upeista maisemista. Koko päätyseinän kokoinen ikkuna kehystää upean järvimaiseman. Tilalla on n. 40 hehtaaria eläinten laiduntamaa metsää joka takaa helppokulkuiset ja hienot patikointimaastot. Etäisyys Savonlinnan keskustaan on 10km autolla tai 6 km veneellä. Tilalla on myös yksityinen laavu lammen rannalla yhtä upein näkymin.

In 2022 completely renovated villa by the sea with a private and heated swimming pool only an 80km drive from Helsinki and 35 minutes drive from the centre of Porvoo. Here you can enjoy the peace of your own private yard in a villa decorated beautifully in a modern scandinavian style. The heated swimming pool is included in the price and is in use from May 8th until October 18th in 2026.
