The Chapel at Welby Park Manor

Recently renovated. Built in the 1870's, Welby Park Manor is one of the oldest homes in the Highlands. The Chapel is a freestanding sandstone guest cottage with private entry and outdoor area. The property is a two-minute drive from the Mittagong shops, a seven-minute drive to both Bowral and Berrima, and close to local wineries and restaurants. The newly renovated bathroom was completed December 2025 and has under floor heating and heated towel rail, kitchenette & cast iron outdoor fire.

Close to the wonderful shops, pubs and restaurants of Bowral with off street parking included. The studio has 1 separate bedroom. There is a double sofa bed in the living room that can sleep 2 additional people comfortably. This is not a separate room. This is great for a family with kids.

The Stables at Long Paddock

The Stables is a self contained guesthouse situated on our family property in beautiful Burradoo. Suited to either a family of up to four or two couples, the guesthouse is fully equipped for a weekend away in the countryside. Located midway between Bowral and Moss Vale, the Stables is set on 10 picturesque acres and surrounded by unspoilt farmland, with views to Oxley Hill and surrounds - yet Bowral’s boutiques, homewares stores, restaurants and cafes are just 5 minutes away.

We are walking distance from Bowral centre and a 10-15 minute drive to all the wineries the Southern Highlands has to offer. We are here to make your weekend one to remember, indulge in our cosy cottage, sit back and watch TV and have a glass of wine from your complimentary bottle of wine on arrival.

The Snug in Historic Berrima. Couples only.

Welcome to “The Snug” nestled privately into the corner of our secured property. The Snug is situated on the Wingecarribee river in Berrima and is surrounded by native bushland and landscaped gardens. Come and escape the bustle of the city to unwind and relax. The Snug is perfectly located within walking distance to the historic village of Berrima giving you great dining options, local wineries, the oldest licensed country pub, antiques, arts, cafes and shops.

Sauna Haus with Scandinavian design

The Sauna Haus, completed in October 2021, is situated on a 1 acre property, shared with our residential home. It is perfect for couples and small families wanting to retreat from the world whilst being a short 5 min. drive/15 min. walk to Bowral and surrounding attractions including vineyards, boutiques, cafe's and golf clubs. Just minutes from Moss Vale (6.3 km) and Sutton Forest (5.6 km), this charming retreat on beautiful Oldbury Road is perfect for a relaxing country escape.

Dunrana Cottage Bowral

Cosy studio cottage lies close to the hub of Old Bowral. Enjoy the 700m stroll to the CBD with its restaurants, cafés and boutiques, gorgeous parks, museums, galleries, vineyards + golf courses. A 50m walk to Cherry Tree Walk and the local swimming pool. This intimate setting is perfect for a romantic weekend away. The cottage has a fully fenced courtyard.

The Shed @ Bowral

The Shed @ Bowral is a very comfortable and cosy industrial style studio with lovely garden views and a ‘cool’ private semi enclosed verandah area. Quiet and peaceful location close to the town centre and across the road from the Cherry Tree walking/bike path. The accomodation is an easy 15 minute walk to Bowral town centre and the train station.
