Our special guests drive across a bridge to access a quiet second story retreat spot with all the amenities of home. Wake up to the sounds of birds and find yourself peacefully secluded and recharged for a great day in Eugene and surrounding areas. We’re in the country, but just 2 miles from the edge of town!

Redsides Legacy Retreat—a riverfront studio!

The Redsides Legacy Retreat is a phoenix rising from the ashes of the Holiday Farm Fire of 2020. The main house burned, but this charming studio apartment remains to keep the beauty of the property alive. This studio has a king size bed, a full bathroom with tiled walk-in shower, and a hotel style kitchenette. It’s a perfect space for a couple on a restful weekend, or just passing through. River access makes it perfect for fishing, splashing or enjoying the view!

Relax with cable TV, free Netflix, and high-speed fiber internet. For longer stays, we provide weekly cleaning to keep things fresh and comfortable.

There is no cleaning fee and guests are not expected to clean anything upon departure! You can leave the condo as-is when checking out :) The resort requires a valid ID and credit/debit card for check in. There is a $250 refundable deposit required.
