My newly renovated apartment is located on prestigious Bower St, Shelley Beach Manly. Positioned on the rooftop of the Sea Murmur building, the interiors are inspired by New York Loft style, while the views are reminiscent of the Amalfi Coast. With three rooftop balconies you will be able to take your pick between close views over Shelley Beach, expansive views north up the entire Northern Beaches coastline, or magical views up to St Patrick's Cathedral. Positioned above the famous Bower restaurant, your morning coffee fix is footsteps away, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner and with a leisurely walk around the promenade to The Boathouse Shelley Beach you will never want to cook. A short walk will take you into lively Manly with its many restaurants, cafe's, bars, and shopping. And with its rich nightlife of live music you will not be bored. Inspired by the beachfront location, the apartment is filled with soft light, airy rooms and stylish functionality. Entertaining is easy with an open plan living and dining layout and sun drenched balconies, my place is great for kicking back and enjoying quality time with friends. The modern kitchen has all that you need featuring stone benchtops, cooktop, microwave and generous bench space with stools for friends to enjoy a glass of wine while a meal is prepared or a delicious breakfast in the morning. Full tableware, glassware and crockery is provided as well as all kitchen utensils you may need to cook up a storm. You will also find complimentary tea and coffee to help kickstart your mornings. The north balcony also has a BBQ for outdoor grilling and plenty of seating for rooftop entertaining while you take in the water views. Flowing into the living space, you can relax in comfort on the L shaped sofa while you watch a movie on the large flat screen smart tv or lose yourself in the views. Both the bedrooms feature Queen size beds fitted with luxury bed linen, overhead fans, and plenty of storage space with built in wardrobes and gas lift beds. The renovated bathroom has a rain shower and conveniently houses a washer/dryer so you can take care of any of your laundry needs without visiting a laundromat. And if working during your stay we have free wifi so you can get your work done and get to the beach! Should you bring a car with you, there is plenty of street parking but it can get busy on a sunny summers day. My apartment is a walk up with a few short flights of stairs but worth the view. With so many balconies and rooftop entertaining spaces, my apartment is not suitable for kiddies so unfortunately we cant accept anyone under the age of 16. My home is ready to become your private coastal sanctuary, and with sweeping views of Shelley Beach and surrounded by a protected marine park you will feel at home in your own slice of paradise. Guests will have access to the entire home and parking I don't live on the property but will be available for anything you need during your stay. I live nearby and can be contacted anytime by email or phone. Set right above Shelley Beach ocean pool and the ocean promenade, head one way for Shelley Beach and the other for Manly Beach. Step out to the nearby Bower Restaurant and The Boathouse for breakfast, and Manly main town for restaurants and shops. There is a public bus stop a short walk that will take you into into the city, or north up to Palm beach. The ferry wharf to catch the ferry to Sydney city is a short leisurely walk through Manly. There are many great local bushwalks around the headland where you can take in the amazing views. Set right above Shelley Beach ocean pool and the ocean promenade with views reminiscent of the Italian Coast. Your morning coffee fix is footsteps away at the Boathouse or Bower Cafe. Head one way for Shelley Beach swimming and snorkeling and the other for the lively atmosphere of Manly Beach with its restaurants, bars, cafes and shopping. Or sit on one of your 3 balconies sipping on a cocktail and grilling while enjoying ocean breezes. My home is ready to become your private coastal retreat.

Luxurious Penthouse Room in Manly with Water Views

My Husband (Darryl) and I have just finished our renovations on our penthouse apartment here in Manly. We love it and we hope you will love it too! We have great views over Sydney Harbour and Manly beach that you can gaze at for hours when you're not exploring the local area. Manly is considered one of Sydney's best day trips. While we agree, we also believe it gets better when all the day trippers go home for the day! It is worth staying a while with a choice of surf and harbour beaches only a short walk away, with access to some unique nature trails and great restaurants, bars and shops at your doorstep. But more about where you will stay at our place. You will have your own room and exclusive use of your own bathroom which have both been newly renovated. The bathroom includes a deep slipper bath for a soak after that day at the beach or a large shower for the more upwardly mobile. Step out to the balcony with a glass of wine and watch the comings and goings of the sail boats, cruise liners and iconic Manly Ferry across the harbour. You have access to all amenities, kitchen, washing machine, dryer, BBQ and even a clothesline on the roof which is one floor above. The apartment is serviced with WiFi and with Espresso coffee machine & tea making facilities. With plenty of space and a wrap around balcony it means you will have the opportunity to either keep to yourself or join in with us when we are home. The kitchen, lounge and dining has been newly renovated and have all the latest appliances installed. We both work during the day but are around to help with local advice on Manly, its surroundings and with assistance on getting around Sydney. We love to travel also, so are keen to hear your travel stories, where you have been and where you're going! Manly is a vibrant village surrounded by many exciting water activities - such as Scuba Diving, Para-sailing, Swimming with the Sharks, Surfing, Kayaking, Whale Watching, Yachting, Snorkling, Fishing, etc. However, most tend to simply laze on Manly Beach and enjoy the many nearby restaurants, bars, clubs, shops, stalls and fairs that regularly take place here. Manly is not only bless with one of the best beaches in the world but is also surrounded by National Parks. So in and around Manly is an abundance of bush walking paths, most with gorgeous ocean views. Our favourite walk is the "Manly to Spit Bridge" walk primarily as it begins directly opposite our building and because of its display of flowering native plants and associated ocean scenery. The home is in a residential coastal area at the entrance to Sydney's famous Northern Beaches. Popular with tourists and locals who enjoy water activities, shopping, bars, restaurants. It's a quick commute to the city on the famous Manly Ferry. The ferries, buses and taxis are available virtually at your door step, providing access to all of the interest spots around Manly and Sydney's main tourist places. But the best way to experience Manly is on foot, its the cheapest and best value.

Fine dining just minutes away at Clareville Kiosk or let us recommend a unique dining experience at some of the fantastic restaurants of Sydney's Northern Beaches Avalon Village is an easy walk or there is a convenient bus stop that will take you into the Sydney CBD just metres away from the home. No Guest access is private I am very respectful of my guest privacy - most of my guest choose Pittwater Paradise as a romantic get away or for a secluded break. I am, however always available to give you advise on the best restaurants and things to enjoy in the area. Take the spectacular walk up to Palm Beach Light House in the winter to spot whales, or visit Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park with its Indigenous rock carvings and roaming wallabies. We have a bus stop at our door step - this will take you into Palm Bach or Avalon village. From there you can take an express bus into the city. Wedding Preparations We are the perfect location for Brides to be for their pre wedding night and Wedding preparation and pre wedding photos.
