The Little Gaff is a self contained cabin, located in an 'area of outstanding natural beauty' near the picturesque, harbour town of Emsworth. This beautiful harbourside village has many bars and restaurants and is surrounded by stunning countryside and wildlife. Little Gaff is situated in private grounds, on a secluded road, which provides secure accommodation and private parking. The cabin is raised up above road level, allowing spectacular, uninterrupted views across open marshes.

Sindles Farm Shepherd's Huts - Sussex Hut

Our larger Hut sleeps upto 4 people and is located in a sheep paddock next to our house. We are in the middle of nowhere- perfect for getting away for a break. The Sussex Hut has a double bed and a sofa that can pull out into a large (kingsize-ish) size bed if needed. All bedding is provided. If you require firewood for the fire pit or the wood burning stove, or equipment for cooking/eating, this can all be provided as additional extras. We are trying to keep our costs/prices down!

Shepherds Hut In a field. Brambles

You will be immersed in nature when you stay in this tranquil off grid field setting. This is comfortable camping. The Shepherds hut is set at the top end of our field. It is a secluded area surrounded by blackberry hedges, grass land and some oak trees. Enjoy the outdoors then retreat to a cosy indoor space with a comfortable bed. Includes a basic field kitchen. There is a compost loo close by, plus a mains toilet and electric shower a field walk away, next to the workshop.

Three years in the making 'The Vineyard' is a unique stay aimed to accomodate those looking for seclusion and something a little different. We are also on a main bus route to Newport or Ryde. There is private access & your own parking space.
