Seaside Home, Add on Seasonal Bunkhouse for 7!

A peaceful retreat, located at the serene southern end of the island. Our much loved family home, with two bedrooms and 1.5 baths( Bunkhouse offers two bedrooms with beds for 7). Watch the sun rise over the water, while listening to the gulls. A short 3/4 mile walk from beautiful Deep Cove beach. Seasonally, for guests with larger parties, we have just finished our bunkhouse, for an additional fee. Offering beds for 7 and an a generous living space, while sharing the facilities with the house.

This quiet location feels like your miles from the beaten path, actually your just 18 minutes to Fredericton and 3 min to amenities, like NB Liquor, convenience store, restaurant and gas. Step out on the huge deck overlooking the property and water, relax, and enjoy your coffee, no rush here...

Complete upper main floor of a duplex home home with some water views from large living room windows and private deck. Located in the Saint Andrews town Plat, 1 block from the water and 1 km from downtown. Within a block to the beach, the park (for kites etc!), walking and biking trails. Wifi, parking. Hardwood floors. 2 bedroom, plus sofa bed. 1 full bath. Full kitchen and laundry. Enjoy the Mid Century Modern and vintage furniture appeal. Note: not toddler proof.

Relax on your private deck over looking the Eagles Nest on the famous St. George Gorge and Basin. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, (restaurants, and pub close at 9pm) walking / Biking trails, the St. George falls. Short drive to fresh water and salt water beaches, places to put your kayaks in. Close to St. Andrews by the sea, New River Beach, golfing and the U.S border.
