Se compone de un espacioso salón y cocina totalmente equipada, dos terrazas (ambas con vistas al mar) baño completo, zona relax y un amplísimo dormitorio con bañera integrada e increíbles vistas al mar. La casita (construida entre 1910- 1920) es una de las pocas construcciones de estilo mediterráneo tradicional de la zona que se ha conservado y no se ha derruido con el fin de construir bloques de apartamentos. El espíritu de la casa es humilde y sencillo aunque, desde el primer momento en que cruzas la verja de entrada, te invade su esencia acogedora y única.
