The modernly furnished Apartment Haus Adler is located in Meransen (Maranza) just a 10-minute walk or a 2-minute drive from the ski lift (800 m). The 80 m² apartment has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and an additional toilet and can accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV. The child-friendly accommodation also provides you with a crib and a child's high chair. Laundry room and washing machine shared with the host.

Charming design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the first floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Zur Wohnung gehört ein kostenloser Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Vor dem Haus befindet sich eine Kneipp-Anlage mit kostenlosen Fitnessgeräten. Für unsere Wohnung fällt die Ortstaxe von 1,50 Euro pro Person / Nacht an. Diese wird wie üblich vor Ort bezahlt.

Genießen Sie die wohltuende Ruhe, fernab von Touristenströmen, aber trotzdem gut an die Stadt angebunden. Die vier Suiten befinden sich im ersten Stock des Gebäudes und überzeugen mit einer gemeinsam nutzbaren Sauna samt Ruheraum und Dusche.

Questo appartameno ha una stanza da letto (letto matrimoniale, letto singolo + culla neonato), cucina con divano-letto (senza lavastoviglie), Tv, grande balcone al sud...nel bagno ce anche una piccola lavatrice....Ideale per la coppia con bambini piccoli :)
