Treehouse in the pines - King bed

Enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience situated in the pine trees located just outside of Spokane. Featuring a cozy 400 square foot living space, with books, games, and a gas fireplace as well as a kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal for two. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 10-foot accordion door that opens completely to the deck outside with a hot tub waiting for you. Please note: While it is private, the treehouse is on a property with two other occupied structures.

The Barn Suite

Welcome to the family “Barn” located on the back half of our property. This “Barn was relocated from an adjacent property in 1957 which was used as a chicken coop, a horse barn and then remodeled for the first time in the late 60’s to accommodate living quarters for Anne’s brothers. In 2023 this was stripped to the studs; everything is new, the unit is furnished with king size bed, sitting area, kitchenette and full separate bathroom. This is a Non smoking and No Pet Suite/Property.

Cozy duplex located close to the freeway, Spokane Valley Mall, lots of restaurants located and very close to the super market. There is a huge backyard for the littles to run around. Located in a nice neighborhood with lots of parks close by. For the outdoors enthusiast the Appleway trail and Centennial Trail are just a song and dance away. 1 bedroom in-law apartment. Bedroom features a newly updated bathroom, king size bed and small sofa. The front room has a desk and small kitchenette. The apartment has it's own entrance and is closed off from the rest of the house. There are no common areas besides the front yard. The house is located 10 to 15 minutes east of downtown Spokane.

This was our family home until we moved next door. The four bedrooms are upstairs along with 1 full bathroom and the laundry area. The other full bathroom is downstairs. Large kitchen and eating area. There is access to a small backyard. There are 2 queen beds, a full bed, and 2 twins. There is a second bathroom on the main floor.
