Charming 1941 river cottage with the feel of old Florida , but is updated with modern comforts. The neighborhood quiet and feels secluded, but is just 5 min from major grocery stores and restaurants. The house is located just outside of the Weeki Wachee River( a short 10 min Kayak or Canoe ride.) The front of the house has a large protected wooded area. There is a lovely covered patio where you can enjoy meals cooked in the fully stocked kitchen. There are two bedrooms that are both en-suite. For additional sleeping there is a sleeper sofa in the lounge. We will accommodate Dogs (up to two) but NO CATS... Owner is highly allergic. There is a $75 additional pet fee per stay.
