It has a locking metal exterior door for sound-proofing and security. The unit is a bright studio apartment with three large windows, a full kitchen, sitting area with tv and fireplace, dining table, queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and your own private bathroom with a five-foot shower. With extensive sound-proofing!

Access to hot tub. Hosts occupy basement floor with a barrier between floors that may allow some sound to travel. Absolutely NO marijuana smoking on the property.

Strategically situated 5 mins from the St Thomas Elgin Hospital and 30 Mins from London's major hospitals our apartment provides peace of mind for those needing quick access to medical facilities. Additionally, its prime location allows you to take leisurely strolls to the vibrant downtown area, immersing yourself in the local culture, shops, and eateries. We are also very close (10 mins) to the beautiful town of Port Stanley, soak up the beautiful scenery around the marina and harbour.

It's important to note that our quaint unit does have a saniflo toilet and pumping system(ie. maceration system) which means there is noise associated with flushing and drainage. Located just 5 mins outside of Tillsonburg ont is this beautiful private country upstairs apartment. Included are 2 bed rooms with 2 queen beds and a third small bedroom with baby crib and a twin bed. Full kitchen and a spacious living room area. Short drive to wineries, beaches, golf course, and beautiful farm land. There is a Nordic Spa 15 min from my apartment named Wave Nordic Spa you have to check it out.
