Our brand-new Terrene Villa is a playful oasis by the beach. It's the spot for you to make the best memories with your loved ones. With plenty of cozy corners and a garden with a swimming pool, we've created the ultimate destination for fun and relaxation. Whether you're in the mood for some private downtime or ready for group shenanigans, it's all here for you to enjoy. And if you get the itch for adventure, Weligama Beach, epic surf spots, shops, and cafes are practically at your doorstep.

New 2BD house in Coconut Plantation with 17m Pool

Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Our house Sama means "Peace" in Sinhalese. It is designed to be a simple, open and spacious plantation home that connects with nature. It features an open living space, a kitchen and direct access to a 17m pool. Upstairs we have a master suite and junior bedroom that share a balcony with plantation views. Both have ensuite open-air showers. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and exclusive pool access. We do not have air-conditioning.

Beautiful apartment directly on the beach. We are happy to welcome guests to stay at our beautiful architectural house. Located in the quiet end of the beach only 5 minutes walking distance (on the beach) to the vibrant Hikkaduwa surfing beach. You'll have private access to the garden, kitchen and various dining areas. The house is managed by our lovely staff Jenith and Dilani whom will be happy to help with any requests as well as preparing meals upon request - they are wonderful chefs.
