The extensive Fossil Park complex is a 1-minute walk away featuring 2 playgrounds, pickleball courts, basketball courts, skatepark, walking trails and a community pool (open seasonally). It's a quiet neighborhood situated between 2 busy streets that take you directly to downtown. Gulf beaches are a 20-25 minute drive and Bay side beaches are a 10-15 minute drive.

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. With a two separate bedrooms, the entire family can have their own space. SAME DAY RESERVATIONS: Please note, if you plan on arriving the same day you reserve this space, the AC will only be able to drop the inside temperature about 5 degrees from the outside temperature. If you want the space to be cold, please reserve at least 48 hours in advance so we can cool it before you arrive. LONG STAYS > 14 days require prior approval.

Spacious RV located in a private backyard in a desirable neighborhood in South Tampa. Close to everything - Downtown Tampa, Downtown St. Petersburg, Ybor City, Gulf Beaches, Port Tampa, MacDill AFB and 15 minutes from TIA. The hot tub is in the screened in patios off the main living room of the house. This is the ideal spot for anyone on a contract working at MacDill AFB. You will be within 1 mile of the gate and have a short commute.
