ACCESSIBILITY-we are sorry to say that our rooms are not suitable for those with limited mobility,due to very steep stairs.

It is a 3 min drive/15min walk to the bustling town of Stokesley where there are restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops, supermarkets, take-aways, a weekly Friday market and a popular Farmers' Market on the 1st Saturday of the month.

It's close to the Beck where you can watch the boats come and go and a short walk to the sea. It has been sensitively converted and comfortably furnished with everything you need for a perfect stay. This beautiful apartment is refurbished to a high standard. It is comfortable, romantic and very self-contained. It is on the second floor, 2 floors above Cobbles coffee/ice cream and gift shop. There is a completely separate entrance for the apartment around the side of Cobbles. The views down the cobbled High Street to the front of the property are quaint and pretty. To the back there are stunning views over the Beck. Free WiFi is available too.

Knotts Landing is situated along Bagdale opposite Pannett Park. This first floor modern apartment benefits from a bathroom(with shower), kitchen/living room/dining area & a king sized bedroom. There is a travel cot & highchair available. No dogs under 1 years old or cats. Although the apartment has no private parking, unrestricted street parking is near by.
