The cottage is situated on a hill over looking the Atlantic Ocean and the Bahama Banks.The views are breathtaking,the cottage has a beach at the front only steps away.There are two options of getting here from Nassau via Titanair or Flamingo Air. Both airlines has daily flight into Black Point Exuma Twice Daily.You can also get here via Watermakerair or Staniel Air.

Sweet Cottage is a cozy and cute beach front villa located in the southern side of Staniel Cay. The villa is directly on the beach and comes complete with dockage space if you’d like to rent a boat during your stay. The villa is new and just completed in 2020. You can enjoy the beautiful sunrise from the porch or sitting at the end of the dock. This open home has a complete kitchen with a table and two chairs with amazing views through the two sets of french doors.

Your rental includes the use of a paddle board and a kayak. There is a mooring out front suitable for a small shallow draft boat.
