The Red Door - 1 Bedroom Studio and Bfst

The Red Door has been freshly renovated to provide a relaxing, comfortable and private space. A fully self contained guest suite at the rear of my Victorian Cottage which is situated on the beautiful Levan River. It is only a 5 minute walk away from the centre of the town and wharf precinct. A homely breakfast is prepared for you to enjoy in the dining room. Off street parking provided. Only a twenty minute pleasant drive from The Spirit of Tasmania and just over an hour from Cradle Mountain.

Badger's View Cottage farmstay

Escape to our country cottage on a 130 acre sheep farm. Enjoy modern comforts, stunning country views with close proximity to the charming towns of Latrobe and Sheffield. Just 20 minutes to the Spirit of Tasmania and a 1 hour drive to Cradle Mountain. Wild Mersey Mountain Bike trail is opposite our driveway giving enthusiasts quick access. Riverside Gardens at Acacia Hills

On the bank of the Don River, just 15 minutes from Devonport, the two bedroom unit attached to our home has a private entrance, two queen beds and extra single bed and cot available on request. If reserving for 1 or 2 guests, only one bedroom will be accessible unless communicated at the time of booking. The unit has fridge, microwave, coffee machine and dining setting. BBQ in the undercover courtyard for guests. Continental breakfast included. There is no kitchen sink so we do the dishes!

Full kitchen, class touches, private deck & garden looking out to sea, and gentle farm sounds from Llamas, sheep & other and animals! A lovely farm experience, but still close to town & many local attractions.

Built in 1904 Leatherwood House has been lovingly restored by the current owners to provide guests with a beautifully decorated and stylish space. Central Grove Apartment is situated within the town centre of Ulverstone. Close to beach, river etc. Base for commuting to Cradle Mountain, Stanley and the many other attractions on the North West and West Coast. Twenty minutes to the Spirit of Tas Ferry and regional airports. There is ample off-street parking. Located in the picturesque north west Tasmania hinterland Buttons Cottage is 15 minutes drive to the Leven Canyon wild river, 20 to the coast, & 60 to Cradle Mtn.

The minimum charge $140 is for 1 guest. Additional guests will attract a charge of $40 per head, and bedrooms will be made available as needed. We only ever have 1 booking at a time, no sharing with other families or individuals. We live on site and are happy to help, your accommodation is segregated and totally private. NO parties, no smoking, please be respectful of neighbours. Fake tan & hair dye use PROHIBITED. Fully equipped kitchen, plus washing machine & dryer.

Roses Garden Studio is a sophisticated and very private self-contained space. Tariff includes breakfast provisions and a well equipped sideboard kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. A 10 min walk to the CBD, beachside restaurants and foreshore BBQ area. A 7 min drive to the hospital and university campus. Well located for daytrips in the region. Also a great space for laptop work (WiFi and Smart TV). Laundry by request.
