In nur 10 Minuten erreicht ihr mit der Straßenbahn die Innenstadt, während Schloss Eggenberg, der Plabutsch und die Auster direkt in der Nähe für Erholung sorgen. Hauptbahnhof, Köflacher Bahnhof und Straßenbahn liegen ums Eck, ebenso sämtliche Nahversorger. Drei E-Ladestationen stehen direkt vor dem Haus bereit. Der Preis ist inkl City Tax von 2,50 EUR Nacht & Nase.

Wir heißen euch Willkommen in unserer 50 m² Wohnung im 6. Stock mit Balkon, Klimaanlage und Blick auf den Schloßberg im Bezirk Lend. Kostenlos Parken im Parkhaus in derselben Straße (ca. 100 Meter entfernt). Öffentliche Parkplätze rund ums Haus (Samstag und Sonntag gebührenfrei, wochentags gebührenpflichtig). Die Wohnung besteht aus Schlafzimmer mit großem Doppelbett, Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch für 1 - 2 weitere Person(en), Bad mit WC und ausgestatteter Küche.

queda a doce minutos de la estacion de tranvia y el tren ,hay dos grandes centros comerciales dentro de cinco minutos con carro y al centro de graz con carro diez minutos y al aeropuerto cinco kilometros. La habitacion tiene en verano temperaturas agradable. Los hospuedes pueden usar tambien la terrassa. Hay un possibilidad de un poco futbol con pequenos goles en el jardin afuera de la casa. Teneomos tambien la possibilidad de alquilar 1 o 2 bicicledtas.

An old log house in the middle of the forest, surrounded by large trees, dense bushes and wide meadows, which was completely renovated 3 years ago. Silence and pure nature. It is located in Edelschrott, Styria, Austria in the middle of a forest on a clearing. 4 hectares of meadows and forests all round belong to the house and can be used freely. Full day, no matter what season. Absolutely no noise from cars, construction sites or anything else. Wifi !!

Die schöne, im Juni 2025 neu renovierte, ~50m2 große Wohnung ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für einen Aufenthalt in Graz. Mitten im Zentrum gelegen, gelangst du zum Hauptplatz ebenso wie zum hippen Lendplatz in 5min zu Fuß. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet. Die Straßenbahn und Bushaltestelle sind 2min entfernt, in 10min bist du am Hauptbahnhof. Mitten im Leben, trotzdem ist die Unterkunft ruhig gelegen und ladet zum Wohnen und/oder Arbeiten ein.

Osterfeuer am Nachbar Grundstück, bitte um Kenntnisnahme Wohlfühlen mit viel Platz, am Waldrand mit Fernblick und Wanderwegen direkt hinter dem Haus Fellnasen willkommen, das Grundstück ist eingezäunt, Parkplatz für zwei Autos vor dem Haus Haustierfreundlich, ist auch zu erkennen an einigen Stellen am Haus :) Grazer Innenstadt 20 Autominuten entfernt Sonniger, großer Garten.
