Cozy, clean and great vibe! This updated (including solar battery backup) cottage with a modern retro flair is in a walkable location near the General Store, Coastal Kitchen, and main beach access. It is a sleepier section of the village with a peekaboo view of the ocean from the corner of the deck, and pastoral views from the fully fenced backyard. There's even a doggy door for your medium or smaller furry friend. EV charging using our 40Amp Level 2 charger, or plug yours into our NEMA14-50.

Bolinas Costal Cottage

A sweet little blue cottage by the sea, our guest house is a stand-alone studio with a shared garden about 200 ft from the main beach in Bolinas. You can put your wetsuit on in the house, pop down to the beach for a surf, and shower off in the outdoor shower in the garden. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, big screen tv, hi-speed internet, and a wood-burning stove. We live on the property with our young children and dog so are nearby in case you need anything you need during your stay.

With its own beach for launching kayaks or just doing nothing, this cottage has been a favorite due to its proximity to the water, front-row views of nature and simplicity. Wee Housie is comfortable and charming, with a fireplace (and central heating and hot water!), featuring 2 bedrooms (one queen and 2 twin beds), 1 bath with a claw foot tub, and an outdoors hot tub and shower. Surrounded by private decks and a fenced yard (hammock, chaise lounges, hot-water outdoor shower, outdoor dining area and a gas BBQ), there are relaxing spots all over the property to chill with a book or hang out with family. Well-behaved dogs allowed! Please be aware of this in case you have allergies.
