Over 100 steps from the road below, this 'treehouse' is perched above it all and horizontally oriented on a steep lot between two creeks. The all glass façade creates dramatic views of the redwoods, Mt. Tam and across downtown Mill Valley to Blithedale Ridge. Anchored to granite the house sits on handmade stone walls from rock harvested on the property during construction in the 1960s. Truly a one of a kind stay.

The Beach Cottage- A Simple Sanctuary

You will be about 40 paces to the beach (4th house from the beach) and a lovely 5-minute walk to town. On its own separate lot, with a sweet little yard with lounge chairs, Bbq, and a firepit, The Cottage is fresh, immaculate, peaceful, cozy, comfortable, romantic, and tranquil. Please know that without exception we do not accommodate children, pets, or stays over 12 days. IF YOU ARE GOING TO REQUEST A BOOKING AND SOMEONE WILL BE JOINING YOU PLEASE GIVE THEIR FIRST NAME.

The Perch - Outdoor Clawfoot Tub

Overlooking a fern grotto and redwood valley, The Perch lets you experience nature up close. Come unwind and luxuriate in nature. Limited cell service. The room INSIDE has a bed, toilet, sink, mini-fridge, microwave, and electric hot water kettle. OUTSIDE a claw foot tub/shower, private deck & outside kitchen with a gas burner stove. Very rural. Stinson home in Seadrift. 3 min walk to beach.

Our home was recently updated and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, ping pong table, and a new 4 person hot tub. Comfortable beds and a cozy fireplace. We are located in the gated area of Seadrift. High ceilings, plenty of windows. Private setting behind a high wall, the spacious play yard with a fire bowl. Lushly landscaped gardens enclose the hot tub. This is a ridge view home on the Bolinas Lagoon but does not back up to the water. Short walk to beach.

Great hiking trails, Mat Davis Trail, Bolinas, a beautiful drive to Point Reyes and Tomales Bay Oyster Farm. A Day trip to Muir Woods National Park is a must.
