This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. The apartment has good bus connection with centre of Split and the bus station is about 2min walking from apartment .

In cafe bars, you can eat hamburgers and pizza while on the promenade by the sea, there are two restaurants in the direction towards Split or Omis.
