The beamed ceilings, stonewalls and oak floors all add to the character and charm of this 19th century farmhouse. Whilst being a very relaxing and welcoming house for families it is also the perfect location for friends who wish to have a break away. Four legged friends also welcome (2 dogs max) with large front and side garden/lawn **Please note- there is an additional charge of £75 for the wood fired hot tub. It needs to be requested and paid 24 hrs before arrival or it will not be available*

Spacious and comfortable rooms. Ample parking for 2 or more cars. On the south side approach to Stonehaven. Harbour and town centre within walking distance.

Mill of Tilquhillie, Former Water Mill, Banchory

Mill of Tilquhillie is a former water mill which has been renovated  to provide comfortable and characterful holiday accommodation for four people. Situated in a peaceful country setting about two miles from the county town of Banchory and twenty miles from the City of Aberdeen and Aberdeen Airport, this charming listed cottage provides a tranquil base from which to enjoy the beauty of Royal Deeside with its many places of interest and spectacular scenery. 'The Byre' a 1 Bedroom Cottage in the Countryside

The Byre at Butterywells Farm is a converted byre located next to our farmhouse, which dates back over two hundred years. The Byre is a fully equipped self catering holiday cottage with many original features. The Byre is wheelchair accessible with its own parking area. Set in 2 acres of mature gardens containing walks, secluded seating areas and a small lochan. Experience country living whilst only being a 15 min drive from the centre of Aberdeen. Not just dogs are welcome but horses too.

An enchanting cottage, set in it's own private, fully fenced , idyllic, secluded garden ;a haven for wildlife. The Location offer's uninterrupted views over surrounding, countryside . Large terrace with bird feeders. The accommodation is light and airy ,spread over two levels. Downstairs ;an open plan kitchen with French doors onto terrace, utility, Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, W.C , hall . Upstairs Double bedroom ensuite shower room. Single bedroom. Lounge with wood burner .

Idyllic Farmhouse in Stunning Deeside Location

Blackness Farmhouse is a traditional cottage still retaining many of its original features. Bathrooms and kitchen have been modernized, open fires replaced for wood burners and carpeting added to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The cottage was our home while we converted the nearby barns into our new house. and although storage was tight for a busy family of 6, we loved our time living there and always felt it would make a perfect holiday home. Pinewood cottage

Beautiful views from a great vantage point on Bennachie this rustic cottage is ideally located for hillwalking, sightseeing or simply getting away from it all. Only 10 minutes drive from Inverurie and a short walk over the hill from the pitodrie house hotel which offers luxury dining and a cozy bar. There is also a riding school nearby and of course all the walking trails are on your doorstep. We are pet friendly but the garden is not enclosed.

Wee hoose close to Ballater/Braemar/Cairngorms

Delightful 1850s detached cottage set in idyllic protected woodland on edge of Torphins village. The village has a pub, cafe, chinese takeaway and Scot Mid grocery store. There is a doctor, veterinary surgery, charity shop, golf club and excellent on the doorstep adventure for all levels. Torphins is ideally located between Deeside and Donside for access to the fishing and hunting with Cairngorm national park also within 10 minutes drive.

Northend Cottage situated in the Village of Catterline, near Stonehaven in Aberdeenshire in the North East of Scotland is a stunning 2 bedroom self catering cottage that offers the perfect peaceful get away or a comfy and cosy base for your evenings after a day of exploring beautiful Aberdeenshire. The incredible Dunnottar castle is all of 5 minutes away, with the city of Aberdeen 25 minutes and the city of Dundee 45 minutes.
