Stay in our lovely bright studio annexe, in the grounds of our house on the outskirts of Billingshurst. Ideally situated to explore West Sussex we are close to Petworth, Parham House, Arundel and the South Downs National Park. The Studio has a comfortable King size bed, seating area, kitchen with 2 ring hob, microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine and a fully fitted bathroom. There is also a freeview TV and Wifi. The Studio is independent of the main property and has its own parking space.

We are well situated for trips to Goodwood ,Fontwell and Cowdray Park.The towns of Guildford,Brighton ,Chichester,Arundel and Petworth are all nearby. Well behaved dogs are welcome on leads as there is no fenced area. A travel cot for babies is available.but bedding not provided

It's ideally placed for walking holidays and is a popular base for all the Goodwood festivals.

Our dog-friendly, Grade-2 listed cottage welcomes families. It has off-street parking with an EV charging point. The large, pretty garden has a BBQ and games. It’s just 400m to Storrington’s shops, pubs and restaurants but you’ll only hear church bells and birdsong. The South Downs Way is up a ½ mile track behind the cottage, and we’re 12 miles to the sea, 18 to Goodwood, 30 to Gatwick and 50 from London.

On the South Downs Way, nestled in a beautiful spot amongst trees, with countryside views across Farmland, The Nest is a hand-built wooden cabin positioned at Springfield's. An area of Natural Beauty, yet a short walk to the PYO areas, farm shop, and a wonderful café, it has immediate access to footpaths and is ideal for walkers and cyclists. Walking distance from three of our local vineyards. It is quiet and self contained and perfect place to base yourself when visiting the area.
