Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located cozy studio apartment near historic West Boulevard at the center of Rapid City, close to downtown Rapid, grocery stores and restaurants. You'll enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with full stand-up shower. The 43" smart TV makes streaming your favorite shows easy. While the studio is small (225 sq ft,) it is clean and cozy, and if anything is needed to make one's stay more comfortable, we will do what we can to accommodate requests.

Newly remodeled apartments just a short walk from everything down town; Main Street Square, local restaurants/bars/coffee, bike paths, entertainment, School of Mines. Washer and dryer in unit, full kitchen, smart TV, sleeper sofa with a foam mattress. I put sleeps 4, but make sure your 4 know of the sleeping situation! There is enough space for 4 people, that would mean 2 on the king bed and 2 on the sleeper.

You will enjoy easy access to everything in the surrounding area and Black Hills attractions. Take an early morning stroll to Canyon Lake Park, enjoying various walking/running biking paths. Wander back to the modern 2 bedroom home for a morning coffee on one of our two patios. This location is perfect for a vacation to the Black Hills, with easy access to all popular tourist locations, all while being in the town, close to grocery stores and restaurants, which are all just blocks away.

Upper two levels of my four level mid-century modern home with private entrances! Located in a quiet cul-de-sac near the foothills of the Black Hills and ~10 min from downtown Rapid City. This property features ample living space, a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary breakfast, plenty of natural light and a spacious back yard. It includes two bedrooms and one bathroom. I live on the completely separated lower levels of the home so you can enjoy the upper levels all to yourself!

Rest and recharge at your Black Hills get away in this newly finished apartment. Enjoy the walk-in shower with 2 shower heads and then get a soothing night sleep on the top of the line mattress produced by Nectar. Kick back at the end of your night by trying out the retro arcade game or watching a movie accompanied by your own bucket of popcorn from the popcorn maker and supplies provided. All of this is centrally located within driving distance to all the sites and attractions!

This is my townhome in west Rapid City. I invite to you my welcoming downstairs, air conditioned, basement bedroom, bath, and living room with a smart TV, microwave, mini fridge, coffee, tea, blender and toaster area. Snacks included. Ground floor and NO STAIRS. I live in a small town home community that enjoys its quiet privacy, and you are most welcome here. The evening sunsets are magical with deer & turkeys wandering through. Relax under the stars at our fire pit (all supplies provided). Let your kids run wild with water guns & a water fall pond to refill at! Located right off HWY 16 makes you only 10 minutes to downtown Rapid City and 20 minutes to Mt. Rushmore!

Rapid City Black Hills Westside Home 2

This house is in a great location in Rapid City, minutes from downtown and a great starting point for exploring the Black Hills. We welcome dogs in our home. No cats! Additional fee will be added if cat is “snuck” into the home!. The yard is fully fenced and there is plenty of off street parking as well as use of a garage. ( Caution! Low Clearance). I am happy to help with trail maps and directions are you kick off your adventures in the Black Hills.

This cozy, one-bedroom apartment is near The Chapel in the Hills, Canyon Lake Park, and in the foothills of the Black Hills. It has a small refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, electric frying pan and crock pot for minor meal preparation with breakfast nook and seating area. Also covered parking and additional space for a toy hauler. A private entrance means you can come and go as you please. Ask about long term rates from October thru April.
