Ours has a full kitchen, queen sized bed, indoor powder room, attached shower room, a compact parking spot, and private deck in a temperate rainforest setting. Free of streetlights to enjoy stargazing. Pets welcome. Not suitable for small children or infants. Your hosts, Mark and Sara, live on the property.

This is a 700sf yurt. Ceilings rise to 14ft, with a large skylight in the centre leading to a light, airy feel. Amenities are basic, but the surrounding extraordinary. Yurt sleeps 4 for a relaxing and affordable 'Glamping' experience, sure to be much more tranquil than Tofino in July. Set on our family 5-acre hobby farm, you are surrounded by beauty and healthy living. Our neighborhood boast biking, hiking, horseback riding, wineries, swimming, paddle sports, quaint shops and fine dining.

Yurt camping in Doe Bay area

Relax in a spacious yurt on the side of Mount Pickett next to Moran State Park. Less than a five minute drive to Doe Bay Resort. Twelve miles past Eastsound on the Horseshoe Highway and 20 miles from the ferry landing. The yurt has an outdoor kitchen space with a camp stove and most of the utensils for preparing and serving food. There is an outdoor fire spot and a picnic table for outdoor relaxing and dining. There is also an outdoor shower and outhouse with a composting toilet.

Hideaway Glamping Yurt

Imagine yourself laying inside your private yurt looking up through the clear skydome at the stars above. This yurt is nestled amongst Alder and Pine trees secluded from civilization! Enjoy blackberries picked yourself around the yurt in late spring/early summer. This is a dry glamping experience! A composting toilet and handwashing sink is available. A cozy deck with chairs, table, grill, private seasonal shower and a firepit are attached! Yurt is completely solar powered.
