Located in the beautiful and peaceful scenery of the Highlands of Scotland. You’ll love my place because of serenity and central location for exploring the Highlands. This is a countryside location and requires a car to travel. The nearest shop, restaurant and bus service is 2 miles away in Strathpeffer. Please remember that this is a flat that was originally a granny flat and there is some noise from the property above, please understand this if you book. Please do not book if this bothers you.

Cosy shepherd's hut with stunning views on NC 500

Perfectly situated on the NC500 and cycle route, this newly built well equipped shepherd's hut is a cosy place to rest your head. It sleeps up to 3 people. A microwave, kettle, mini-fridge and crockery make up the kitchen area. There is free wifi and a digital radio with bluetooth. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. Views across to Ben Wyvis and the Cromarty Firth are outstanding and the night sky is excellent for star gazing. Red kites and hares are seen often. Licence No HI-20261-F

Sealladh Dubh

Sealladh Dubh sits on the banks of the Cromarty Firth, there's fishing - permit required - on the doorstep,beautiful views over the Black Isle. Dingwall town centre is a 10 minute walk - aprox 1/2 mile - with many cafes, restaurants, hotels, and pubs. The North Coast 500 route also passes through Dingwall. Hill walking and nature trails are also easily accessible or if it's beaches you're after, there's an abundance. We supply tea, coffee, sugar, milk, biscuits, bread, water and butter.

The Factor's Office is a luxury boutique room, with separate entrance, garden space and ensuite, situated as part of the historic Nutwood House. Formally part of the Earl of Cromartie estate with magnificent views of the valley and less than 5 minutes walk to Strathpeffer village and amenities. The brewery sits on one side with organic farmland, farmhouse and vegetable patch on the other. You are 10 minutes from Inverness by car and 20 minutes from Inverness airport. Please note that the hut doesn't have wifi but we have books and games to keep you
