V wellnessu imamo finsko in infrardečo savno ter jacuzzi s TV. Kopalnica je ločena z vrati. Zunaj apartmaja je terasa in brezplačno parkirišče.

Kljub bližini mestnemu vrvežu stoji v zelo tihi in mirni ulici. Je idealno izhodišče za raziskovanje mesta in celotne Dolenjske. Ima lastno brezplačno parkirišče.
