L'appartamento misura 54m² ed è composto da ampia camera con letto matrimoniale ,bagno con doccia a pavimento,, sala con angolo cottura (dotato di stoviglie e utensili da cucina) e divano/letto 1 piazza e1/2. L'ingresso è a piano terra .All'esterno c'è un tavolo da pic-nic e sdraio. Il parcheggio è gratuito e distante circa 15 metri situato all'interno della proprietà...il resto è natura...ma a pochi minuti dai luoghi turistici

L'appartamento é due piani sotto la piazza, interamente scavato nel tufo. Con vista sulla valle, é isolato dai rumori della strada, tranquillo, privato e molto accogliente. Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. É perfetto per brevi soggiorni di completo relax, ma con la cucina totalmente attrezzata si sfrutta al massimo.
