The native birds at dusk are a delight. "The Birdnest" is ideal for up to 2 couples, or a family of 4 (or 5?).

With navigable water to the Myall Lakes, the property is ideal for canoeists, bike riders and bird watchers - the world famous Seal Rocks, Myall Lakes National Park and coastal surfing beaches are all a short distance away. The detached cottage has been specifically designed for privacy views, and relaxation.

Your own private space detached from the house. Park your car at the front door. Meters from the Lemon Tree Passage bowling club. A 10 minute walk to 3 cafe's and Poyers waterfront dinning. Search for Koalas and Dolphins along the waterfront walks or watch movies on the 64 inch TV. Max 2 people, 25min drive to the Airport, 40min drive to Newcastle. 40 min drive to Port Stephens. A characterful lodge set at the base of Peppers Mountain, the property is situated in 142 acres in the Mill creek valley running from the crest of the escarpment down to river flats, a billabong and Mill Creek itself. 10 minutes from the historic town of Stroud and can be accessed by a 2 wheel drive car and in very wet weather more comfortably by an all/4 wheel drive.
