The 2 bedrooms is like an apartment with each own amenities and will only share the parking space (8 compact cars parking space) and swimming pool to others. The townhouse is not beachfront but a minute walk to the beach. Enjoy the beach fine, gray sand, and not rocky. The water is crystal clear. The beach is free public access.
