Almost totally rebuilt in 2025, this mid-century modern home is less than a mile to Sugarbush's main base area and the golf course. It's about 5 minutes to Mount Ellen, 12 minutes to Mad River Glen & 10 minutes to downtown Waitsfield. Each bedroom has its own zone of heat/ac. This is the perfect space to base yourself for skiing, snowboarding, golfing, biking, hiking and exploring the Mad River Valley. The condo is within walking distance (5 minutes) to Clay Brook Hotel, where many weddings are held.

Euro-style passive house built in 2020 with super-insulated walls and a large proportion of natural materials. The house is less than a mile drive to the Lincoln Peak base area, with breathtaking winter views of the resort. First floor includes kitchen, living room, dining area, master bedroom, master bath and mudroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with a second full bath. Our single story 2 bedroom 1 bath home is located within 30 minutes of Mad River Glen and Sugarbush ski areas and the quaint towns of Bristol, Richmond and Waitsfield. Drive another 15 minutes to Burlington or the Bolton Valley Ski Area. Hiking, biking and cross country skiing trails nearby, or just sit on the porch and enjoy the sounds of the nearby river. Snow tires and front wheel or 4 wheel drive vehicles necessary during the winter months.
