Our GETAWAY-perfect place for relaxing and fun! It’s private but 1/2 mile to IGA and approx 1 mi to beautiful downtown Rangeley with great restaurants, bowling, arcade, darts and shuffleboard. Ltd access to snowmobile trails directly from the house. ATV is no longer allowed from our home. Trails can be accessed from IGA (park across the st., or Depot Rd (includes trailer parking) 3/4 mile from our home. Hiking and incredible scenery! Walking distance to Pickford Pub and mins o Mtn Star Estate.

Mahoney Manor

My father executed his vision and built Mahoney Manor from the ground up. What started as a "camp" eventually became his full-time home before his untimely death in 2018. Nestled in the woods at the base of Ira Mountain just minutes from Sugarloaf and along the Carrabassett River, Emmett created a sanctuary. He spent the last years of his life "developing" two empty lots into a Zen-like nature trail system with hand made bridges and benches perfect for 4-season walking or snowshoeing.

We take great pride in providing a stay that you will remember for years to come. Our moose house is well-stocked with all essential amenities and a few extra surprises! Quaint, convenient neighborhood walking distance to UMF and downtown Farmington. Franklin Memorial Hospital is a short drive. Sugarloaf and Rangeley areas are 45 minutes. WIFI and smart TVs. (No cable.) Washer/Dryer with detergent available. Great place to stay for exploring Maine or a visit with your family and friends.

Welcome to Butter! Located in Sugarloaf Village, our modern house is newly constructed and we are excited to share it with you. It is 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with two living areas and a pull out couch on the bottom floor. The mudroom is loaded with hooks and cubbies for everyone's gear for an amazing time at Sugarloaf. Plus come and relax in the hot tub at the end of your day. The shuttle stops in front of the house every 30 min and will take you to the mountain or Outdoor Center.

The Riverfront Retreat - 27 minutes to Sugarloaf!

This vibrant farmhouse is surrounded by 800 ft. of Lemon Stream. Walk to the historic wire bridge! It is about 27 minutes to Sugarloaf and 8 minutes to Kingfield; located directly off Rt. 27 in route to Carrabassett Valley. You can hit the slopes then come home to a cozy, gas fireplace.
