The house is placed 5 kilometers away from the closest town, Portoscuso. There is a private entrance with relative parking secured by the main gate. The pool is in operation 24/7, laundry and kitchen at the guests disposal. Two bedrooms: the main bedroom with a double bed and a small bedroom with 2 single beds. A large bathroom with 2 basins, toilet bowl, shower, bidet and jacuzzi bath. All the equipment is necessary to cook available in the house. Wi-fi is available. TV and radio available.

Beautiful house completely refurbished in 2022. Located a few minutes walk from the wonderful Sardinian coast. In an extremely quiet and peaceful spot, your privacy and relaxation are guaranteed. The house can accomodate 4 people. Within 5-15 minutes there are many beaches that can be reached as well as the world famous Tuerreda and its crystal clear waters. The charming town of Teulada, where you can find all that you need, can be reached in only ten minutes.

Suitable for families of 4 max 5 peaople, is composed by a big bright lunch room well equipped wich is also kitchen and relax room with air conditioned ad internet wifi. Outside there is a big private courtyard, and a nice roofed verandah where to dine outdoor during the summer evenings.
