Appartamento in zona isolata nella stupenda Val Zebrù del Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio. Ottimo per passare una vacanza al contatto con la natura ricca di flora e fauna selvatica. Riscaldamento a legna, l’energia elettrica è fornita da un impianto fotovoltaico. Nella zona non vi è connessione telefonica, ma è presente una connessione wi-fi in baita, inoltre vicino vi sono due ristori dove si possono degustare i cibi locali. La baita è raggiungibile a piedi o con le jeep autorizzate al transito.

Luminosissima mansarda al quarto piano di un piccolo condominio, con magnifica vista sull’Ortles. Stanza matrimoniale, bagno (vasca), salotto con angolo cucina. Tutto parquet. Pulitissimo e perfettamente in ordine. Locale a piano terra dove poter lasciare sci e scarponi. Non c’è ascensore ma si può accedere anche dalla porta posteriore che arriva direttamente al secondo piano. Le scale sono comode e brevi. Non si accettano animali di nessun tipo e non è permesso fumare dentro casa.

The mansion offers a south-side balcony and an impressive panoramic view across Merano and the Valle d'adige. Despite the Villa being located on the hill, it takes only 15 minutes by foot to get to the center of Merano.
