Haikaa is located in a coastal Chinese village just 1.5 hours from KL. It is a renovated 1980s home redesigned by @Haus Studio, featuring bright, naturally ventilated rooms, a sea-facing main hall with folding doors, and a peaceful courtyard shared by the hall and two bedrooms. The house sleeps 12 guests and includes two bedrooms, a kitchen with basic cookware, two bathrooms, a dining area, and flexible living space perfect for small events or family stays. Local attractions are minutes away.

Stylishly Refurbished Heritage House (Muda Blue)

Originally built in the early 1900's, the house was dilapidated and not fit for habitation. It was out of passion to restore the building that Muda Blue came about. As the house is protected by the UNESCO World Heritage Site inscription, its structure and facade had to be maintained, which we were happy to do. Furnished mainly with old wooden furniture and local decorations, it offers a taste of coastal village living with basic modern comforts. There’s no wifi, TV or air-cond.
