Charming U of A Area Cottage

Beautiful and bright newly renovated studio located on a unique ¾ acre property near the U of A. This tiny (220 sq. feet) and charming cottage was originally the water-pump house (in the 1940’s). Concrete tile floors, brick walls, shade trees and yard art add to the charm of this quiet get away. The cottage has a walk in shower and a kitchen area consisting of a fridge and microwave and is set up to allow you plenty of privacy. Great location with easy access to Tucson’s entertainment district.

Enjoy this private Mother in-law suite with separate keyless entrance! The set up is similar to an adjoining hotel room where we do share an interior door which has locks on both sides of the door. Your suite includes a classic brick fireplace, a private bedroom with a Queen bed. A private bathroom. A kitchenette with a Keurig coffee machine and coffee, microwave and small fridge. The space has window covering to allow for a darkened space or open up the windows to let in the natural light.

Stairway to Heaven

Great cabin located in the heart of Mount Lemmon, with lots of shade. The cabin is walking distance to Summerheaven and a short distance to Ski Valley, great for a family of four, and has all the amenities you'll need for a great cabin stay. This cabin is not called “Stairway to Heaven” for nothing. From the north side of the cabin (road), it will take you 62steps to the entrance, and from the south side (private parking) it will take you 32 steps, easier to get to w/4x4 or all-wheel car.

Outdoor feeling in the city. Our 14 feet cruiser fun finder is parked in the back of our lot in a quiet residential area in central Tucson. It is small, cozy and features everything you need for a comfortable stay: a queen bed, fully equipped kitchenette, minifridge, hot running water, heater, AC and a private bathroom with toilet and shower. We have a dining place with table and chairs set up outside. For cooler nights we'll provide a heater and a down comforter to keep you warm.
