Cottage is located behind the main house with private parking and sits on a large property with beautiful trees, flowers, and birds in a very private setting. You’d never know you were in our backyard.

This quiet Cottage is an easy 5 minutes to I-26. Bedroom #1 - KING Bedroom #2 - (2) TWINS Space #3 - QUEEN Cozy and private sleeping space converted from a large storage area. Wi-Fi is strong and fast. Televisions in every room. Helpful items for babies and children. Kitchen has full-size appliances and is fully stocked. Ice cold air conditioning, warm heat, and steaming hot water - all new! Bedrooms/bath are on the 2nd floor, using gently sloped stairs. Larger vehicles are welcome.

The cottage is in downtown Summerville's Historic District. It is 1.5 blocks from Main St. behind a Victorian home built in 1890. The cottage is very comfortable and cozy with a queen size bed, sofa, easy chairs and fast internet. The bathroom is roomy with handicapped railings beside the commode and bathtub. A skylight provides light even on cloudy days. There are plants in the cottage and lots of artwork. Restaurants and entertainment are within walking distance. Ceilings are 9 feet.

Island Bungalow on Bowens Island

Island Bungalow, located on Bowens Island, a one bedroom 400 sq ft stand alone cottage on the Folly River as part of the owners property with deep water dock with sunset views. Fishing/crabbing/boating/paddle boarding/kayaking available right on the island. Cottage is nestled among mature oak and palm trees for that relaxing island ambiance. The SPC has a very earth toned feel with live plants and wood finishes. We captured the beauty of our town with photography throughout. The appliances are retro and the ambiance of the cottage should give you a peaceful and comfortable experience. The yard is manicured & maintained with a beautiful outdoor experience.
