Immerse in nature and be as active as you choose: hiking, mountain biking, fishing, complimentary canoes, kayaks, SUPs, snowshoeing, sledding, hammock, horseshoe and corn hole game, shared fire pit. Need more or less space? We have 2, 4 and 6 - 8 bedroom cabins.

This home is truly a peaceful oasis for some fun and R&R! 1 dog limit, $100 fee.

The house sits on an acre of land right on the Deschutes river with over 200 ft of frontage. With private dock, kayaks, canoes and a row boat, you can enjoy the river and the wonderful view. Two large decks with furniture and fire pit are great for outdoor BBQ's and just watching the wildlife. Otters, beaver, deer, ducks, geese and swans make the back yard their home. There are 6 bikes, river tubes and a ping pong table in the garage. Come and enjoy, I guarantee you will want to come back!

Warm up by the fire after a day of snow-shoeing or enjoy a cold drink in the summer on the back porch after a day at the SHARC. 6 passes included! The condo is a corner unit and located right next to Lake Aspen. You can walk, jog, or bike to the Nature Center, SHARC, stables, or the Sunriver Village. There is a shared pool at condo too! Everything is close!
