Kitchenette has mini fridge, microwave etc. Bath has walk in shower. We're quiet people & seek quiet guests as this is our home where we live and work full time. The home is one block away from old town Louisville known for their restaurants, coffee shops, small business and retail shops. Its a short walk to the farmers market and a great location the Street Faire, the annual music festival Friday nights during the summer. RTD busses pick up right outside the house. It's 15 minutes to Boulder by car and 30 minutes to Denver.

Very comfortable, private studio just three blocks to downtown Louisville downtown restaurants and parks. Peaceful and quiet location ideal for one person or a couple. There is a great outside patio to hang out with a mountain view. Please follow along with the pictures to go from finding the front of the house to park at the end of the alley to the south on Hutchinson near the old buildings. Then make your way down the alley to the back gate.
