Walk to Indianola Beach and the waterfront, or enjoy being minutes from White Horse Golf Course. A great central base for exploring the Kitsap Peninsula.

Enjoy the waterfront view by the woodstove, or roast s’mores & absorb the tranquility at the gas firepit on the spacious deck. A perfect cozy winter retreat, you are right on the low bank waterfront of a private lagoon, & the Hood Canal, surrounded by woods. Outdoor amenities abound, with a pickleball court, 2 paddleboards, rowboat, & firepits at the beach & lagoon. Enjoy a scenic 1 hour drive to Olympic National Park, or watch for porpoises, otters and the resident bald eagles from the couch.

"Cozy Cottage"

The cottage is a cozy space in a neighborhood (garden has weeds). This is a two story cottage with the queen bed on the main floor along with a kitchen and an open loft/meditation room on the second floor. The kitchen stove is vintage and the oven is running hot so please do not use. This is a studio, so the kitchen and bed are all in one room. There is construction next door scheduled until 8/18/26. I am thinking that it should not be occurring on the weekends, but don't know for sure.

Enjoy our secluded park like setting, comfy bed, sauna, homemade bread/jam, huge cedar trees, sitting areas, golf chipping, horseshoes (seasonal). Close to SEA via ferry ride from Bainbridge Is. (30 min. drive) or 10 min. to Kingston ferries (walk-on or car). Near beach, golf (White Horse GC) & miles of hiking/biking trails, close to shopping & restaurants. Good for couples/singles. Rainer, herons, eagles, orcas and our neighborhood sea lions.
