Situated in the mountains of Robertson, this double volume, beautifully restored Old School is a tranquil getaway for the whole family. There is a gorgeous eco pool and plenty of amenities for children. Located next to the Marloth Nature Reserve, the house is at the beginning of the Arangieskop Hiking Trail. Mountain biking, hiking, birding and river and dam access mean that there are plenty of outdoor activities for the whole family.

The farmhouse is 30 yards from the river, and has an enchanting beautiful wind free outdoor lounge area on a jetty connecting you to the river. The Duiwenshok River is one of the Overberg’s best kept secrets, approximately 3,5 hours from the bustle of Cape Town, this delightful hideaway is seemingly untouched by the hand of time.

It has a gas stove, solar geyser and an inverter so TV, lights, fridge and wifi not affected at all. It is well-equipped for long stays, centrally located in the Robertson wine valley on route 62.
