KT’s Cottage is located just minutes outside the city limits of Historical Downtown Live Oak and the beautiful Suwannee River. If you are passing through for business or to enjoy the area, I hope you will find our cottage’s accommodations are more than satisfactory. There is a queen bed downstairs as well as a queen in the loft, with plenty of extra pillows and blankets for your comfort. Coffee, tea & bottled water are included. Stepping inside, they find themselves embraced by the warmth of a cozy interior, where comfortable furnishings invite relaxation. However, the true allure lies where a sprawling outdoor deck beckons guests to unwind amidst the serenity of nature while enjoying their morning deink from the extensive selection of coffee, tea and hot chocolate.

Long dock with diving board at the end. Private white sandy beach and boat ramp on property. Perfect for gatherings and entertainment. Near Wild Adventures Theme Park.

Take some time to relax and watch the river and your cares roll away. Home has high speed fiber internet. The front porch overlooks the Suwannee river and faces west for perfect sunsets while listening to the sounds of nature. This two bedroom one bath cottage has 4 acres of fully fenced land that is yours exclusively. Stroll the grounds and look for deer, rabbit or in the evening lighting bugs. Take a trip to the many springs that the area has to offer for swimming or world class cave diving.

A-frame near Madison Blue Springs

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. Our A-frame Hobbit House is cozy and dry and sleeps 2 . The Aframe has electricity -AC in the summer months and heater for the cooler months. The outdoor bathhouse is off grid and is shared with the other people on the property. Outside, there is a picnic table, chairs, gas grill with burner, and firepit. You are welcome to use the firewood found on our property. Please note we have two very friendly golden retrievers and chickens on property.

So go for a solo paddle, join local guide trips to various springs, or hike on the property and at nearby parks.

Harry Potter fans, wizards and muggles will love this magically themed spot! We are situated on 5 acres in the country in a very peaceful and safe location. Which house will you be selected for; the sorting hat will see to that! We have a huge butterfly garden on property, we have three firepit areas, tree swings, and a great area to take photos in the Area 51, where Aliens and Bigfoot hangout. Catch sight of wild deers, turkeys, cardinals, hummingbirds and of course our farm animals!
