This was formerly a servant's quarters in a large colonial home on the third floor and accessed by a private stairway that leads from the first floor to the third floor. The living room and bedroom are both large with original wood floors and are appointed with a comfortable couch, chairs, full-sized bed, books, wall decorations, a big flat screen TV, private bathroom with tub and shower with all newer fixtures and there is also a small refrigerator and micro-wave. It is a totally private space.

Located in the heart of Old Town, close to Crocker Park and overlooking the Harbor, it is walking distance to everything! Our space features a full kitchen, dining room and living room (with twin sofa bed) on the first level and 1 king bedroom with full bathroom upstairs. The Day-Burrill-Wadsworth-La Voix House is located in Winthrop, MA in the North Shore of Boston. Super close to Logan Airport for your traveling needs. A Level 2 EV Charger is available! This renovated 3 Bedroom penthouse apartment features a private roof deck, off-street parking, sunroom, and free in-unit laundry! A safe, spacious, and serene space. An historic building, it was one of the first handful of homes in Winthrop... built in 1860 (but since converted to two condos and renovated).

The apartment is the 1st floor of a two family home (our family lives upstairs). It consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, pro kitchen, open living/dining area. The driveway can fit 2 cars (tight). There is additional parking at the bottom of the street. Please see house rules settings for holiday minimum bookings. We are pet friendly, but require case by case approval.
