Perendale Penthouse is part of a property which includes Merino Manor, 3br and Suffolk Studio, 1br. Generally the three units are rented out seperately but they can all be rented together in which case we can accomodate up to 22 guests. We are situated on a rural property which is super quiet and peaceful. We are half way up the Darling Scarp which affords us magnificent and uninterupted City views.
