We're 25 mins. to Newport, 15 mins. to their beaches, 10 mins. to Bristol's famous 4th of July celebration & close to Roger Williams University.

A short drive to Providence, about a half hour drive to Newport, and 8 miles to Roger Williams University, makes your stay fairly close to the best RI has to offer. Off street parking available for one car.

Only 15 minute drive to downtown Providence and 40 min to Newport. On site parking for 1 car.

Historic Italianate house garden apartment two steps below street level, in the heart of historic waterfront village. Cool in the summer and warm in the winter, this is an artists house and reflects an artists touch. Right on the Bicycle Path and hosts own nearby Warren CiderWorks with tastings Thursdays-Sundays and food truck Taco Box right next door. Beach a few blocks away , Ocean beaches as close as 40 minutes. Bicycle rentals available in nearby Bristol.

Downtown Condo

Fantastic 1 Bedroom Apartment right smack in the middle of downtown Providence. The neighborhood is jammed with wonderful little restaurants, bars and shopping. The Dunkin Donuts Center, Trinity Playhouse, PPAC, The Vets, Federal Hill, Providence Place Mall, Johnson & Wales, Brown & RISD are all a short walk from here. We are located two floors above a couple nightclubs. We don't hear the clubs themselves but on the weekends you can hear the people outside.
